About Us

Central Queensland Radiology (CQR) is part of the Integral Diagnostics (IDX Group), a leading provider of diagnostic imaging services across Australia and New Zealand. We operate 8 high-quality practices across Central Queensland – including Gladstone, Rockhampton, Yeppoon, and Emerald – and collaborate closely with our sister company, Sunshine Coast Radiology.

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Medical Receptionist to join our busy front desk team at Emerald Hospital . You’ll be the welcoming face of our practice, providing exceptional service to patients attending appointments for a full range of imaging services including X-ray, Ultrasound, and MRI.

Hours : Monday to Friday, rostered between 8 : 00am – 5 : 00pm.

No weekends!

Your Day Could Include :

• Being the friendly first point of contact for patients
• Handling patient bookings, payments, and Medicare / Health Fund claims
• Liaising with referrers, doctors, and patients to ensure timely delivery of medical results
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training
• Maintaining compliance with health, safety, and HR policies
