The Role_

At Infin8care, Laundry Assistants play a critical role in providing quality Laundry services which focus on infection control and ensuring a safe and healthy living environment for residents.

Working closely with the Facility Manager and the Hotel Services Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing laundry services and generally ensuring that residents daily needs are met.

  • About You_

    • At Infin8care, we hire on attitude and aptitude, so you DO NOT need experience working in a laundry, but you do however need to be aligned with our philosophy and values and have a commitment to resident wellbeing as well as the following,

  • A willingness to work on a roster basis.
  • Proactive and measured attitude to identifying & preventing safety hazards in the workplace.
  • Adopt a safety-first approach to daily tasks and supporting colleagues at all times.
  • Commitment to attend safety specific training and upskilling sessions paid by the company.
  • Willingness to come up with safety ideas that improve awareness, hazard reduction and incident reporting.
