About the Role You'll be joining a well-established Family Law workgroup with a strong, ever-growing client base. Under the guidance of an experienced Family Law Partner, your work will span the full range of family law matters including :

Property settlementsChildren's mattersBinding Financial AgreementsDivorce and separationThis is a permanent, full-time role based in Townsville, with commencement as soon as practicable.

Who We're Looking For Ideally, you'll bring 2+ years' PAE in Family Law, though candidates with 1 year PAE who demonstrate strong capability and a genuine interest in growing in this practice area will also be considered.

You'll need : A solid understanding of family law and relevant legislationStrong communication, time management, and organisational skillsA client-focused approach and collaborative mindsetExperience drafting legal documents and agreementsNegotiation and litigation skillsAustralian working rights (citizenship or permanent residency)What's on Offer?
