If you are successful, you will be placed on a six-week paid training program where you will get a taste for Service Desk life and learn from our experienced customer service agents. On successful completion of training, you will be offered a longer-term temporary position with the ACT Public Service which may have the possibility of permanency and an opportunity for working with a great group of professionals._ _

This is a temporary position available immediately for six weeks with the possibility of extension up to 12 months and / or permanency.
