Housekeeping Room Attendant

We are currently looking for

• Casual Room Attendants

• The Role
• Ensures that guest requests for additional linen or bathroom supplies are delivered promptly
• Delivers clean linen to and from the service areas
• Ensures all supplies and cleaning equipment are in good working condition and stored in proper locations
• Returns lost and found items to Housekeeping Office and completes required forms.
• Reports equipment failure, damage to room furnishings or missing items to HK Supervisor.
• Delivers guest laundry
• You will maintain a friendly and professional image for the Housekeeping Department and the entire hotel
• You will work to anticipate guests' needs and ensure the guest enjoys the total accommodation experience
• Ideally you will have
• A passion for the hospitality industry
• Knowledge of safe and efficient housekeeping procedures
• Must work independently
• Professional presentation and grooming
• You are highly organised with a high level of attention to detail
• You are able to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
• Previous experience in a housekeeping role is advantageous
