- About the Role
Supporting the global business with Health & Safety Information Systems and reporting of H&S performance data. You will be responsible for processing invoices and internal billing processes as required by the business.
The role is shared across two functions within the Group Health, Safety and Sustainability team. Short-term domestic travel to projects may be required.
- Duties
- Support end users and provide advice for Health & Safety information systems (including Synergy, SystemEyes and ChemWatch)
- Resolution of system errors and actioning other process requests
- Provide training to System Users
- Identify and implement system improvements
- Liaise with internal ICT and external stakeholders
- Ensure data entry into Synergy is completed on time
- Provide advice to H&S personnel on reporting requirements
- Interpret H&S data reports on a monthly basis
- End-to-end processing of medical-related invoices
- Monitor progress claims
- Manage reallocation of charges for medical services to projects
- Monitor accounts payable workflow
- Submit monthly account accrual information for finance teams
- About You
- Previous experience in Health & Safety information systems, data administration roles
- Previous experience invoicing and use of JD Edwards or other accounting systems
- High attention to detail
- Time management and organisational skills
- Knowledge of H&S information systems (Enablon or similar)
