Laboratory Technician

WesTrac are looking for a motivated

• Laboratory Technician
• to join our Laboratory Team in Guildford, WA.

Reporting to the Laboratory Team Leader, the Laboratory Technician is accountable for conducting appropriate testing and analysis of fluid samples (e.g. oil, coolant, fuel and grease) as per the WesTrac Laboratory Quality Manual and safety policies and procedures, uploading subsequent results and checking for accuracy prior to release for interpretation and analysis to ensure an increase in the lifetime of customer assets.

We are looking for an individual with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, who is process oriented.

• About you
• Certificate IV in Laboratory Techniques
• Strong computer literacy skills - MS Office
• 3 years of Laboratory Experience is desired.
• High level of attention to detail and Analytical skills
• Sound communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)
• Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
