Job Description

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Housekeeping Manager in effectively managing all areas of the Housekeeping department. This is a part time role that will require early morning starts and weekend work.

Duties

Check cleaned rooms to ensure they meet hotel standard

Train and motivate team members on a daily basis

Ensure room cleaning productivity is monitored and maintained

Room allocations for all staff on a daily basis

Assist with lost property requests from guests

Handle & resolve guest complaints

Liaise with other hotel departments to ensure all guest requests are met

Qualifications

Opera PMS experience highly desirable

Customer service experience

Strong verbal & written communication skills

Proven ability to learn & adapt quickly

Proven ability to work unsupervised

Efficient time management skills and able to juggle multiple tasks
