Are you up for this?

• Turn up the volume on your career and manage all aspects of the food and beverage department, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations
• Responsible for managing all food and beverage outlets, ensuring associates are providing service excellence with each customer experience
• Be a vibrant and self-expressive leader by providing motivation and support to the team
• Assist the food and beverage department with all operational tasks, strategies and team building initiatives
• Set the vibe by planning and executing team building activities so our talent feel's part of Aloft's open and vibrant work environment
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and guests to provide guests with stays that are very much out of the ordinary, enabling future booking
• Prepare and conduct department training to enhance overall service quality using technology and your straightforward with a wink approach
