The services we provide help fund our Social Impact initiatives across South East Queensland, including Schools' Breakfast Program, Vocational Schools, Cancer Survivors Program, Community Centres, Affordable Housing, Youth Mentoring and more. We also provide facilities and programs for marginalised and disadvantaged young people in need of help as well as providing affordable accommodation for people who have been without a home.

What being an OSHC Educator Entails
OSHC educators care for children before school, after school and during school holiday periods. Highlights include running fascinating, fun-filled and educational activities with primary school children - such as science experiments, outdoor games and painting.

YMCA OSHC Services are scattered across from the Brisbane Inner Northern Suburbs including Kedron, Sandgate, Enoggera, The Gap, Virginia, Rainworth, Ashgrove, Boondall and other locations close to you. We are seeking Educators across our services due to expansion.
Our service philosophy prioritises community and belonging, children's agency and the importance of spontaneous, multi-age play in middle childhood. We offer a range of planned and spontaneous play experiences for children and welcome educators with unique skill sets to share with children.
