YOUR OPPORTUNITY

We are on the hunt for a new Customer Care Consultant to join our Trade Store team based in Toowoomba QLD !

You'll be working with a friendly and supportive team to serve customers via phone and email, and offering support on our Trade Counter when required.

Your Key Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To

• Provide high level customer service via phone, email, in person, and our other business systems
• Support our Trade Store counter as required, customer requests, stock replenishment, general housekeeping, and other ad hoc duties
• Action requests quickly, take ownership of enquiries, and find fast resolutions within allocated timeframes
• Understand our customer’s sales history to identify service requirements, and pursue upsell opportunities when available
• Inform customers of new product range and services where applicable
