Short Description : Unique entry level OSHC Management opportunity within the education sector! Assist in leading a team of Educators with support & training provided. Develop your leadership skills!

Our Outside School Hours Care serviceNuwarra Helping Hands located in Moorebank is looking for a passionate Assistant Coordinatorto assist with managing the service and providing engaging programs for our primary-age children. This is apermanent part-timeopportunity offering30 hours per weekto assist with leading a team of passionate Educators.

Youll work split shifts supporting our Monday-Friday hours : 6 : 30am-9 : 00am (Rise then Shine) and 2 : 00pm-6 : 00pm (Stay and Play). Extra hours are also available during school holidays!

  • Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM sport cooking art and craft - whatever you and the children are into!
  • Foster healthy relationships with children the school community and parents
  • Lead a team of Educators onsite including roster management
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration

Qualifications :

We can teach you about the job and sector but a few basics you need to have :

Enjoys working with children and making a positive impact

Communicates clearly and confidently

Works well in a team and aspires to grow into a leadership role

Holds (or is willing to obtain) a National Police Check and a Working with Children check

Has Australian work rights

Obtained or studying towards a relevant qualification to work with kids in OSHC per ACECQA
