• Cert III in Drilling Operations.
• HR Licence (HR-B at a minimum).
• Leadership, you shape tomorrows drillers.
• Mechanical & Hydraulic problem solving skills.
• A dedication to OHS.
• Commitment to long term work.

• Experience on T685s & similar bigger rigs.
• HC or MC licence.
