We are currently seeking a highly driven and motivated individual with a strong customer service focus to join our customer support team based in Robina, Gold Coast.

Reporting to the Pre-site Team Leader, your responsibilities will include : Administration work for the Pre-Site Operations DepartmentDelivering exceptional customer service, building and maintaining customer relationshipsExceed customer expectations by responding to and following up on customer enquiries within nominated timeframesAssist with all Customer Support related tasksMaintain professional internal and external relationships; andProjects as nominated by the Team Leader / Operations Manager.

The successful candidate will have : A passion for Great Customer Service and a long standing career with MetriconSome experience in the residential building industry would be an advantage12 months’ experience within a Customer Service or Administration roleA positive attitude and team player dispositionIntermediate skills in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and OutlookExperience using database systems would be an advantage; andA GREAT ATTITUDE!!!
