As a Business Development Manager at Green by Nature, you will lead the creation of business opportunities that generate new revenue through strategic business development initiatives. This is a role focused on :

Identifying and securing new long-term contracts across market sectorsDeveloping proposals and potential client engagement strategiesManaging a robust pipeline of opportunitiesBecoming a recognised industry expert in targeted verticalsYou'll work closely with our Operational teams, Senior Leaders and Bid Services team to align growth strategy with capability—and ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience.

Responsibilities Develop deep expertise in key market sectors and establish strong client relationshipsIdentify new business opportunities and manage an active sales pipeline in our HubSpot CRM systemAttend industry events and meetings to build client rapport and position Green by Nature favourablyCollaborate across the business to align service offerings with market needsSupport excellence in bid development, tender timelines, and pricing accuracyChampion safety, sustainability, and ethical practices in all business activityQualifications Tertiary qualification in Business, Sales, or a related discipline—or significant relevant experienceRequired Skills Proven track record in business development, strategic sales, or contract acquisition in B2B servicesExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skillsOrganised, self-motivated, and capable of managing competing prioritiesExperience of working cross-functionally in a dynamic environmentProficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft OfficeA passion for sustainability and making a real impactUniform and all personal protective safety gear provided.Monday to Friday work schedule with early start and early finish.Opportunity to showcase your skills in a collaborative team environment.Access to our Employee Assistance Program provides free mental health supportA clear career path with growth opportunities.Work with the best knowledge and resources available in the industry.Ongoing safety training programs and resources available.About the Company Discover Green by Nature, our purpose is to enhance lives by constructing, nurturing, and maintaining exceptional green spaces.
