Position DescriptionThe Consulting Engagement Manager will be responsible for trusted, long-lasting customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through complex program delivery. To achieve this, the professional would be responsible for best-in-class customer engagement during pre-sales and delivery and enable the expansion of the Oracle customer base.
Critically, we are looking for professionals with experience in large scale Cloud / Data Migration projects. Exposure to SaaS is also valuable.
The Consulting Engagement Manager reports to the Portfolio Success Director, Public Service Education and Health for ANZ.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver complex multifunctional, multi-phase, local / international business initiatives.Be a leader in consulting sales engagement for Cloud Applications & Technology professional servicesSuccessfully lead teamsDrive bookings for both mainstream & new business; fulfil bookings quota allocated to youDevelop mid to long term account plans to achieve pipeline management & regularly keep the Oracle Consulting Management informed of opportunities progressEstablish strong, lasting and collaborative relationships with the Oracle Sales Management and the larger X-LoB teams to ensure the success of Oracle ANZ ConsultingCraft the solution for winning dealsAssist in the bid management process for clients / prospectsEnsure success of each delivery engagement both financially and from a customer satisfaction viewpointSupport successful Delivery paving way for ExpansionManage issues between Oracle and customers to achieve positive outcomeRole RequirementsYou must have a strong track record with 10+ years of project delivery with substantial interaction experience with customer executives and decision makers. You must have Product, technology or industry expertise relevant to the practice focus with an ability to develop and maintain relationships at the executive level.
