Lead technical input into the production of high-quality documentation that is appropriate for its intended audience and collaborate with internal teams in the development and implementation of policies and procedures. Prepare detailed and easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides ensuring client needs are met. Provide insights and summaries into ICT documentation requirements, analysing existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities and provide recommendations on improvements to business systems. Document and maintain the information architecture database and associated.
