  • Duties & Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Resourcing Leads with internal resourcing solutions and manage own volumes of roles, identifying support across the firm and maintaining pools of resources that can be quickly deployed to areas of need;- Design and delivery of the clerk orientation and development program in partnership with our national Early Careers Team- Being the key point of contact for HR queries for the Clerk cohort- Driving our commitment to diversity and inclusion in all recruitment activity whilst embracing the use of recruitment technology solutions in end-to-end recruitment practices (eg; LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Database, HireVue video interviewing and xRef reference checking);-
  • Effective stakeholder management with Resourcing Leads and hiring managers throughout the life cycle of the recruitment process to keep them well informed of progress and initiatives;- Accountability for end-to-end student hiring for our Early Career programs including branding, selection, assessment, and interviewing- Management of our relationships and commitments with our university partners, including attraction events, careers fairs and presentations
  • Your skills
  • At least 18 months recruitment experience (in-house or agency) - professional services experience is desirable- Strong attention to detail, first class organisational skills and demonstrated ability to multi-task- A resilience and a commitment to excellence that matches our own- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, the ability to make sound judgements and provide advice to hiring managers around recruitment decisions- Effective communication skills, written and oral, and the confidence to communicate at all levels both internally and externally- A sound knowledge of human resources and recruitment practices- Knowledge or exposure to legal recruitment is a preference

  • Skilled at building rapport and creating strong positive relationships with the team and stakeholders;- Flexible approach - being able to respond to changing priorities with a 'can do' attitude and a hands-on approach- A drive to be busy and be organised, managing high volume, high paced recruitment campaigns end to end- Ability to influence people at all levels, including senior stakeholders- A passion for people, their careers and their success- A willingness to work collaboratively with your national colleagues
