National Sales And Operations Manager

We're currently on the lookout for a National Sales and Operations Manager.

• Key focus & responsibilities

This newly created role will suit a sales / ops professional who excels when driving and supporting others to greater success. For this leadership role, you must possess exceptional communication and presentation skills, strong numerical abilities, forecasting and P& L expertise, training and mentoring experience, and exemplary attention to detail. Importantly you must possess high energy levels, passion and drive, with an ability to inspire and influence others.

• Develop and implement sales processes;
• Work with the GM of Sales & Marketing to provide direction and leadership to the sales team;
• Coordinate sales forecasting, planning and budgeting processes;
• Provide data and analysis to identify trends and sales opportunities, and support strategic decision making;
• Support and develop a high performing, winning sales team;
• Create and manage automation tools to increase sales process efficiency;
• Implement and manage CRM tools to maximize opportunities and customer relationships
• Research and gather data on existing and / or new technologies to support the sales strategy;
• This role is National and will require travel.
