Job descriptionTaking orders with customers and giving regular commination on project deadlines Arrange stock orders and liaise with customers and suppliers Maintain a high level of customer service and phone etiquette with customers and stakeholders Develop and maintain strong product knowledge on brands and products Familiar with computer systems and able to submit CRM What do you need to succeed? Previous customer service within a sales environment General computer literacy Drivers license + reliable transport Excellent interpersonal skills Full working rights Ability to pass a full medical and drug and alcohol test. Based in Osbourne Park, our client is a highly regarded national distributor of ducted air-conditioning, plumbing fixtures, white goods and commercial flooring within the building industry. As a result of business growth, they are currently seeking an Internal Sales Coordinator to join the team.

- What are the duties in this position?
The role requires an experienced coordinator with excellent customer service and phone etiquette to liaise with customers and supplier on a day-to-day basis.
