• The Role
• Lead and motivate a team size of 5+
• Daily development of your Fresh Deli team
• Strong team player with a 'can do' approach
• Develop effective rosters along with projection planning for peak periods
• Achieve daily compliance and sales activity
• Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Support the Store Manager to deliver a great customer experience
• What you will Have
• Experienced manager with exposure to a highly regulated environment
• Previous success in leading and developing a diverse team
• Motivational leader, coach and mentor
• Strong business acumen, kipi driven and results focused
• Customer first approach
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for visual merchandising and stock control
• Fresh delicatessen experience prefered but not essential
