This is a hands-on leadership role that will see you coaching on the floor, analysing KPIs, and delivering meaningful client interactions.You WillSupport the Boutique Manager in all areas of store operations and leadership Take ownership of the store's performance in their absence Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering outstanding service and coaching the team in real time Analyse sales data and develop strategic action plans to boost results Nurture and grow client relationships through tailored clienteling efforts and CRM best practices Contribute to visual merchandising, grooming, and presentation standards Oversee operational processes including inventory, security, and compliance Play an active role in events and local brand engagement activities What We're Looking ForWe're seeking a confident and experienced retail leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a luxury environment.
