We serve the rich flavor of Wagyu Beef BBQ, fresh Seafood, Sashimi, Cocktails, and homemade desserts. We are seeking a motivated and professional Front of House Manager to join our dedicated team.
Primary Duties : Plan, organize, and direct a diverse team of Food and Beverage staff to deliver excellent food service.Conduct induction training for new team members and provide leadership, guidance, and development.Monitor team members' performance and report accordingly.Maximize seating efficiency and table turnover daily.Manage team scheduling, rostering, and hiring processes.Create a positive customer service environment.Coordinate restaurant operations and resolve customer complaints effectively.Oversee inventory management and stock ordering.Candidate Requirements & Skills : At least 2-3 years of management experience, preferably in high-volume food service or large-scale venues.Excellent planning, communication, and time management skills, with the ability to lead and develop a large team.Legislative certifications including a valid NSW RSA Competency card and Food Safety certificate are preferred.Fluent in English (must-have skill).Benefits : Competitive salary with a generous bonus.
