About the role

As we grow across Australia and into international markets were on the lookout for a Logistics Manager to help us keep our supply chain humming from warehouse to customer and everywhere in between.

Reporting to the COO youll take the lead on order fulfilment 3PL relationships warehousing distribution and the evolving world of international logistics and export compliance. Youll be the person making sure our beer lands in the right place at the right time and in great shape no matter where in the world its going.

This is a full-time role and based out of our HQ in Marrickville NSW / Eora.

The responsibilities

  • Lead national and international logistics operations with a focus on delivery timelines cost efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Manage order fulfilment across D2C wholesale and promo channels working closely with 3PLs to ensure accuracy speed and service
  • Oversee warehousing and inventory ensuring stock is where it needs to be aligned with production and sales forecasts
  • Build and manage relationships with 3PL and freight partners from onboarding and contract negotiation to day-to-day operations performance
  • Own export logistics including freight forwarding customs market-specific compliance and documentation
  • Ensure were compliant with local and international regulations and prepared for audits or regulatory changes
  • Lead and develop a small internal logistics team providing clear direction support coaching and structure
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Brand and Production to support launches campaigns and continuous improvement
  • Use data automation and reporting tools to streamline operations identify issues early and improve service delivery
  • Build scalable systems and processes to support our long-term growth

About you

As the Logistics Manager youll thrive in this role if youre

  • Someone with 46 years of experience in logistics or supply chain ideally in FMCG beverage or retail
  • Comfortable establishing processes from the ground up and confident navigating ambiguity
  • Knowledgeable in domestic and international freight forwarding export documentation and compliance requirements
  • Highly organised with a passion for creating streamlined systems and efficient operations
  • An experienced people manager confident leading a small team and building relationships with external partners to deliver results
  • Proficient in interpreting logistics data and reports to inform decision-making and performance improvement
  • Able to prioritise effectively across cross-functional teams and workflows to deliver the greatest business impact
  • Forward-thinking able to balance immediate operational demands with the needs of long-term business growth
  • Steady under pressure with a practical and solutions-focused approach when challenges arise
