What the day will look like : APAC Operations ManagerWork across the business to connect business processes and people with the operating model to deliver world class service to Aon's clientsManage and coordinate compliance, review, and update processes in relation to the Modern Slavery legislationSupporting the success of the region by working collaboratively with leadership teams by driving process enhancements, delivering change management and governance around our work practicesPlan, oversee, communicate, and manage changes amongst our processes not only to internal stakeholders including legal, compliance, finance but also to peers globallyCommunicate initiatives and partner with key APAC stakeholders and the global Aon communityEngage with heads of departments to develop success stories' which can be used to showcase progress and outcomes in support of the operating model objectives.Designing the renewals team, the workflow, reviewing processes, communications, and implementationGovern the end-to-end process of contract management, including the quality of submissions and challenging this when neededAdapting existing contracts to reflect new legislations in relation to small businesses and their payment terms, performing standards of all teams involved and escalating urgent matters to leadership where neededLead and mentor an enthusiastic teamHow this opportunity is differentAs an Aon colleague, you will never be limited by your job title.
