Dental Nurses / Dental Assistants
Responsibilities : Assisting dentists during patient procedures, preparing treatment rooms, sterilising instruments, taking patient records, and providing support in all aspects of dental care.
Requirements : Appropriate dental nursing / assisting qualification, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach towards patients.
Treatment Coordinators
Responsibilities : Managing patient appointments, coordinating treatment plans, explaining procedures and costs to patients, and ensuring a smooth patient journey throughout their dental care experience.
Requirements : Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, knowledge of dental treatments and terminology, and experience in patient coordination or customer service.
Hygienists
Responsibilities : Conducting thorough dental cleanings, examining patients for oral health issues, providing preventive dental care, educating patients on oral hygiene practices, and assisting in periodontal procedures.
Requirements : Valid dental hygiene license, proficiency in using dental equipment and instruments, knowledge of oral health conditions, and a passion for promoting dental wellness.
Therapists
Responsibilities : Providing comprehensive dental care to children and adults, including oral health assessments, preventive treatments, restorative procedures, and patient education.
Requirements : Dental therapy qualification, experience working with patients of all ages, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
Dentists
Responsibilities : Diagnosing and treating dental conditions, performing routine check-ups, conducting dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals, and educating patients on oral health maintenance.
Requirements : Valid dental license, relevant experience, strong clinical skills, up-to-date knowledge of dental practices, and a patient-centered approach.
