• Responsibilities
• Prepare doughs and fillings according to recipes and production schedules.
• Bake a variety of breads with precision and attention to detail using different baking techniques.
• Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure consistent quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following proper sanitation and safety procedures.
• Assist with inventory management, including ingredient ordering and stock rotation.
• Collaborate with team members.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, assisting with inquiries and fulfilling special orders.
• Requirements
• At least 2 years of relevant full time or equivalent part time experience.
• AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV or another acceptable qualification.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of a qualification will be considered.
• Previous Bakers Delight experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Others :

Proven experience as a Baker in a professional kitchen or bakery setting

Solid understanding of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment

Ability to follow recipes accurately and adjust as needed to achieve desired results.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and delicious baked goods.

Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, and skilled in all aspects of scratch-baking bakery production.

Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.

A high level of personal hygiene.
