As a Remedy Community Physiotherapist, you will :
Deliver evidence-based assessments, recommendations and active interventions for a range of programs in the comfort of our customers' homes : Hospital substitution programs (Rehab at Home, Hospital in the home) : Acute and sub-acute rehabilitation in the home.Government Aged Care programs (Home Care Package, Short Term Restorative Care, Commonwealth Home Support Programs) : supporting our ageing population to stay well and independent at home.Work independently in the community and collaborate closely with our multi-disciplinary team for optimal patient outcomesEngage in our clinical supervision program with a designated supervisorBenefits & Perks
