Job Description

• Coordinate and monitor the progress of Cyber security projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation within the technology department.
• Manage documentation, including project plans, reports, and risk assessments.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders and project teams.
• Track and report on project milestones and deliverables to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Assist with budget tracking and financial reporting for assigned projects.
• Proven record of coordination / managing projects that achieve security certifications such as ISO27001 and ISM
• Identify and escalate potential project risks or issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and frameworks.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Coordinator - Cyber Security should have :

• A background in project coordination or project management, ideally within the technology sector.
• Familiarity with cyber security practices and terminology.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with stakeholders.
• A proactive attitude and a problem-solving mindset.
• Knowledge of public sector operations or regulations is advantageous.
