About the roleSaccardo Constructions is seeking a professional Receptionist to join our team in Glynde, SA 5070. This full-time role will be a pivotal part of our company's administrative and office support functions.
- What you'll be doing
- Greeting and welcoming all visitors and clients
- Providing administrative support - Data Entry, Petty Cash Management, Quality Assurance, Stat Decs
- Maintaining office supplies and ensuring the reception area is well-presented at all times
- Daily Kitchen duties
- Assisting with various other administrative tasks as required
- What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service / administrative role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Excellent time management abilities
- Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software such as Microsoft Office, MYOB and Xero
- Ability to multitask effectively
- A positive team-oriented approach to work
- Ability to progress into a Accounts Management Role if required

Pay : $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
