ABOUT THE ROLEAn exciting opportunity has become available for a HR Coordinator to join the value-driven team. The HR Coordinator will primarily be responsible for supporting recruitment and provide staff with support and advice throughout the employee lifecycle and ensure the HR services are delivered effectively.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministers pre-employment checks including enrolments, changes, and terminations.Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions.Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.Reconciles benefits statements.Conducts audits of payroll, benefits or other HR programs and recommends corrective action.Assists with the preparation of the performance review process.Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the HR DepartmentFiles documents into appropriate employee files.Assists or prepares correspondence as requested.Prepares new-employee files.Processes mail and booking of boardroom.ABOUT YOUThey are looking for a highly motivated and organised HR Coordinator. You will work well both independently and as part of a team and will manage your time well to respond to competing demands.
A degree, or an equivalent combination of relevant experienceDemonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service and a high level of attention to detailDemonstrated experience in the coordination of recruitment activityHigh level communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to deal with a range of internal and external stakeholdersDemonstrated organisational skillsProven ability to interpret HR policies and procedures in order to provide advice and decisions on policy and entitlementsYou will also need to be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment and drug test.
