The Role : Account Managers are responsible for maximising revenue from new and existing client accounts in order to achieve agreed revenue targets / sales quotas and ensure complete customer satisfaction when dealing with the Company.
Specifically, you are responsible for :
Helping manage and achieve State Sales Revenue vs BudgetAchieve sales targets against set budget measured against lunar periods and quarterlyReporting weekly performance of revenue and business-related matters to via the CRMMaintain strong client relationshipsSupport initiatives to grow revenue of all QMS assets including Installation and ProductionSupport tactical sales initiatives, e.g. Neuro Insights presentationsThis role is 50% Strategic 50% Operational.What you will be able to do : Formulating, implementing and managing strategic business plans regarding client base accounts to achieve Sales revenue / Sales quota targets.Working closely with clients to determine their present and future needs and proposing suitable products, services and upgrades in order to maintain and grow revenue for the organisation.Acting as the main interface between the client and the organisation to ensure an optimal level of service is provided at all times and continually seeking the opportunity to participate in client's strategic business planning processes.Conducting product demonstrations (where applicable) and coordinating the preparation of Sales proposals, tenders / bids, contracts and Account Management plans.Assist with the development of the ACCommunicate with operations, development and management teamsImplement, identify revenue deficiency's and remedy programsWhat are we looking for? Ideally you will possess the following skills and attributes :
