As our

• Lifestyle Assistant
• you'll work alongside our Lifestyle Coordinator and care team to create and deliver engaging programs that enrich the lives of our residents. From games and arts & crafts to music, gentle exercises, and social events — you'll help make every day special.

• Key Responsibilities
• Support and deliver daily leisure & lifestyle programs
• Assist with personal care and daily living tasks as required
• Engage residents in activities that promote wellbeing and connection
• Work harmoniously with AINs and Registered Nurses
• Help create a warm and inclusive environment for residents and families
• What We're Looking For
• A Cert III Individual Support
• A Cert IV in Leisure & Health (or currently studying) would be highly regarded
• Previous experience in residential aged care preferred
• Basic computer knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work across a 7-day roster
• National Police Clearance
