As part of our growing teams based across Melbourne Metropolitan Areas (Northern, Inner and Outer Eastern including Yarra Ranges & Cardinia areas), we are looking for qualified Support Workers to drive positive change in the lives of people in our community.

- Qualifications & Experience required
Along with your passion for supporting others, you will :
- Hold a minimum
- Cert IV in Individual Support
- or equivalent) and / or combined with relevant experience
- Have substantial and demonstrated experience in managing complex behavioural support plans for clients who may have dual or multi diagnosis including intellectual, mental health concerns and exhibit additional behaviour of high concern - this would be preferred not required
- Bring your experience to support NDIS participants to achieve their personal goals and increase their personal capacity
- Hold a current state-based Driver's License with a registered reliable vehicle
- What you'll be doing
No two days will be the same in this role, with support you provide including, but being not limited to :
- Following and implementing individual Behaviour Support Plans to assist NDIS participants to maintain or increase independence and achieve identified goals
