They are looking for a confident and switched-on accounts all-rounder to join their close-knit team.

The Role

As the Finance Officer, you will report to an extremely talented and approachable FC. Your duties will include, but will not be limited to :

• Accounts Payable

Daily disbursements

• Weekly payment runs
• Accounts Receivable

Invoicing clients

• Assisting billing cycle (high volume)
• Debtor collections
• Handling transactional queries

For the right candidate, this role may evolve over time to focus on accounting-related tasks.

Your Background

• To be considered for the Finance Officer role, you will have the following skills and attributes :
• Prior experience with both AP and AR duties
• Legal / professional services or financial services industry experience
• Intermediate Excel skills (vlookups & pivot tables)
• Experience with Billings and Disbursements is highly regarded
• Full Australian working rights
