Role Responsibilities : Coordinate the full employee life cycleBuild your team to deliver exceptional customer serviceAchieve sales growth and meet department and store KPI targetsLaunching catalogue campaignsVisual Merchandising and building store standardsDaily recovery & replenishment of stockStock integrity initiatives to increase department profitHigh volume stock management and movement

The Ideal Candidate : Time management & multi-tasking abilityVisual merchandising and activity set-up experiencePhysically capable to work large volumes of stock and set the paceHaving an owner's mindsetfor your storeA passionate attitude that inspires your TeamA resilient & innovative problem solverAbility to review and action reporting (sales, top sellers, P&L, etc.)Strong verbal and written communication skillsIT competencyFirst Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded)
