Domestic Assistant

We are seeking a part time Domestic Assistant / Cleaner to work three days per week across two of our Independant Living Units in the north metro area, Bethanie Gwelup and Warwick.

Bethanie Gwelup includes 62 independent living apartments and has been designed, built and staffed to maximise residents' enjoyment, lifestyle and well-being. Bethanie Warwick has 35 recently renovated apartments with communal facilities including a resident lounge, activity room, BBQ areas and mature landscaped gardens.

This is a permanent part time role working 17.6 hours per week. Ideally you would work Tuesdays & Fridays at Gwelup and Thursdays at Warwick, however these days are negotiable with the right applicant and will be discussed further at interview.

• Key Responsibilities
• Cleaning of furniture, bathrooms, toilets & floors
• Dispose of waste products appropriately
• Maintain living area to a clean, safe condition
• Cleaning of display apartments
• Cleaning of outdoor common areas and passageways
• Other cleaning duties as reasonably required

• Previous experience within a cleaning position, ideally in an aged care or independant living environment
• Ability to communicate clearly and provide a high level of customer service
• Good time management skills
• Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
