About the RoleStudent Services OfficerAs a Student Services Officer, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students by providing them with the support they need to succeed in their educational goals. Your primary responsibilities will include :
Manage Reception and provide high-quality customer service to students and staff.Helping students with questions and problems and / or leading them to the correct departmentUpdating RTO Manager / PRISMS site with student informationTake a prominent role within the Student Services team with enrolments and inquiries.Working with respective managers, supporting students on-campus by advising on aspects such as cultural acclimatization and general academic issuesActing as a point of contact for walk-in students, conducting Campus tours and ensuring successful conversionTake responsibility for communication with international students, partner colleges and education agents during the admission process.Updating and monitoring the student portal using RTO managerAct as the first point of contact for students and external clients and assist with various enquiries.Ensure student files are accurately maintained.General administrative duties including Offer letters and CoEs (variations : cancellations, deferments, suspensions, ITRs, transfers away)Check student file contents for enrolment : Enrolment Form, Contact Details, Letter of Offer, Direct Debit form etc.Required skills and qualificationsTo be successful in this role, you'll need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong commitment to customer service. Additionally, you should have :
A relevant tertiary qualification.Sound knowledge and experience of administrative practices, procedures, and processes in a VET education environment.Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, set priorities, and meet deadlines, accompanied by an ability to handle several tasks concurrently with minimum supervision.Sound knowledge and proven skills in RTO Manager (SMS) and Moodle (LMS) are essential.Demonstrated ability to achieve results at the individual level and as a member of a dynamic Student Services team.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Salary24.60 - $38.81 per hourBenefitsDental insurancePaid volunteer leaveVisa sponsorshipSchedule :
