95-2022 - Aps5 Analyst, Property And Logistics

Corporate and Foreign Investment Group is seeking an APS5 Property and Logistics Analyst.

The APS5 Property and Logistics Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day operational requirements and undertakes a range of activities which may include :

• Manage sub-contractors and the outsourced services provider contract, including performance management against KPIs and service level standards, and manage facilities requests logged with the property services providers helpdesk.
• Commitment to client services and highly developed interpersonal skills to build relationships, particularly with outsourced provider.
• Provide technical knowledge in specialist areas of property and facilities management functions and an ability to provide technical advice to the Operations Manager.
• Provide input to strategic direction for operational delivery of facilities services and ability to develop and maintain asset / facilities management plans and programs.
• Courier deliveries as and when required
• Other duties as directed.
• Desirable Qualifications / Experience
• Valid Australian drivers' licence
• Previous experience in a property related area desirable.
