Job descriptionThe duties and responsibilities of this role include Stock up warehouse to maximum levels to cover local and interstate market sectors. Liaise with SYDNEY warehouse re : stock requirements. Manage staff. Motivate and encourage team work to ensure the warehouse is run efficiently. Provide information and support to Customer Service in Sydney. Manage RMA's. Implement system of rolling stock takes. Oversee picking, packing and distribution activity. Monitor timesheets and manage leave requests. Ensure all WHS requirements are maintain. A minimum of 3 years warehouse supervisory experience or extensive warehouse experience wanting to move into the next step of management Strong people management skills Forklift license Good computer skills Strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills High energy levels with a desire to make a positive impact on our business.
