We have been customising cars since 2013 and our business is expanding year on year, so it's time we have a team member who can assit us by fulfilling a customer service role full time.
Hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 4.30pm.
Your role would include :
- Answering phones and customer enquires
- In person quotes
- Using Xero software to quote and invoice customers
- Using Coast work order app to input new jobs into the software for our team to view
- Greeting customers upon drop off of their vehicle, going through their job with them, taking payment of the invoice and inspecting the vehicle prior to our team working on the vehicle
- Calling customers to update them on the status of their vehicle and upon completion of the job
We will train in the use of Xero and Coast work order app and teach you our method of quoting.
We are looking to fill this role ASAP.
