The Role

• Responsibilities

Working as part of the administration team, we need an experienced administrator to provide general project administrative support to a team of engineers and consultants for the Perth, Melbourne and Sydney offices. This includes invoicing, setting up projects, purchasing and expense claims. You would also be involved in conducting system and project audits as part of the ISO 9001 Quality Assurance system. Full training will be given.

Experience in using Microsoft Office suite programs including Word, Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint is essential.
