Chifley Square, Sydney NSW 2000, AustraliaAbout the roleThe Graduate Applications Support Analyst will assist in the day-to-day delivery of the NSW Business Chamber's (NSWBC) Applications in all elements of Service Management (ITIL) practices.

Eventually, the graduate analyst will be responsible for administering applications, developing knowledge base documentation, and providing guidance on the best approach to leveraging the tool's capabilities following successful knowledge transfer and training.This position will ultimately be responsible for the general administration of NSWBC's Finance applications.Main responsibilities include : Ensure that application functional and technical issues are adequately triaged, support tickets are created and updated, and impacts are assessed and communicated to the appropriate teams.Support with Service Now platform administration : Support actions are documented on the ticket, the status is current, and it is communicated to business users promptly.Support application system configuration tasks and application updatesSupport with application testing, issue replication, and defect reportingSupport and coordinate with the business on application maintenance plans, upgrade schedules, and all deployments.To be Successful in this role, you will : A completed bachelor's degree or a tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related discipline.Good verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to see tasks through to conclusionAbility to work autonomously and within a teamDemonstrate organisational and time management expertise.Demonstrate a service-oriented approach, enthusiasm, motivation, a positive attitude, good initiative and being a self-starter.About the businessBusiness NSW is an Australian independent, not-for-profit membership organisation that identifies the key issues impacting business and finds practical policy solutions to ensure businesses across New South Wales prosper and grow.
