Site Supervisor

About this role

As one of WA’s largest civil land developers, Wormall Civil is seeking Site Supervisors for projects across locations from Yanchep to Augusta.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for promoting a safe work environment, ensuring legal compliance, and coordinating with Project Managers to meet project deadlines.

What your day will look like

• Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project progress.
• Create and implement project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
• Prepare reports and analyze data on health, safety, environment, and quality performance.
• Provide regular project updates, address concerns, and resolve conflicts.
• Support WHSEQ administrative tasks.
• Lead teams through task delegation, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.

Requirements for the role

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
• Valid WA Driver's Licence
• Cert IV in Civil Construction (or working towards)
• White Card / Construction Card
• Supervisory qualification (or working towards)
