Job Description : As a Landscape Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our landscaping teams, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, within budget, and with a strong focus on safety.

Your expertise in team supervision, budget management, and OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) will be instrumental in our continued success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Team Leadership : Supervise and lead landscape teams, ensuring efficient and safe operations on-site.
• Project Management : Oversee landscaping projects, managing budgets and timeframes, and ensuring quality standards are met.
• Reporting : Reporting to Construction and Project managers on site progress, delays, scope gaps, and unforseen issues.
• Safety Management : Implement and enforce safety protocols, conduct toolbox talks, report incidents, and perform site inspections.
• Resource Allocation : Organize plant hire as needed, allocate resources effectively, and approve timesheets.
• Client Liaison : Maintain open communication with clients, keeping them informed of project progress.
• Team Inductions : Ensure all team members are properly inducted on-site, adhering to safety and company policies.
