AO4 Review Officer

Location : Northgate, Brisbane

Contract : 5 weeks (28 July – 1 September 2025)

Rate : $58–$63 / hour + super

Seeking an experienced Review Officer to assess internal review applications, apply relevant legislation, and prepare written recommendations. The role involves stakeholder interaction and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assess internal review applications using case information and legislation.
• Prepare written recommendations and decision letters.
• Ensure natural justice and communicate appeal rights to stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements and support other teams with review queries.
• Manage accurate record-keeping in internal systems.
