Our client is the largest waste management company in Australia providing sustainable waste management solutions to a wide range of companies. They are currently in need of a highly motivated Backhoe Operator with an excellent work ethic and a strong attitude towards health & safety.

Operating a Backhoe for all duties onsite.

Maintain a professional image and deliver high quality customer service at all times

Inform and assist drivers and / or members of the public of proper placement for dumping loads to ensure most effective spreading or compacting of waste or other materials

Excavate, load, transport soil, gravel and other materials to compact general waste bins on transfer with company / contractual requirements and applicable regulations

Operate vehicles and equipment in accordance with training, instructions or operating procedures and company regulations.

Heavy Rigid (HR) & Backhoe Licence.

Experience operating a Backhoe 4 in 1 Bucket

Ability to work 10hr days with a 7-day availability

Own reliable Transport

Experience in the waste industry

HR Truck Licence & Backhoe Ticket

Good work ethic, understand the importance of turning up to work

Pay rate of $36.66hr + pens

10hr shifts + Overtime
