About the Opportunity

Based in Sydney, this role is reporting to the EGM of Marketing. The Project Marketing Manager is responsible for managing a range of project marketing tasks for a portfolio of lifestyle estates. This includes everything from early project positioning to the day-to-day marketing requirements of individual projects. The role involves collaborating with the EGM of Marketing to establish and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, overseeing marketing plans and budgets, and ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management.

Accountabilities;

• Oversee daily account management and project marketing activities.
• New Projects : Partner with acquisition, development and sales teams to launch greenfield land lease communities, create comprehensive marketing plans and budgets, utilising research to develop customer segments and messaging, and identifying WOL media opportunities.
• In-Market Projects : Update marketing plans for existing greenfield or brownfield land lease communities, and budgets in line with business objectives and develop annual plans and media strategies.
• Develop lead acquisition and conversion strategies to provide qualified leads to the sales team.
• Analyse lead traffic, quality, behaviour, and trends to inform marketing strategies and planning.
• Develop task planners reflecting quarterly marketing strategies.
• Manage all tasks associated with the marketing strategy, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
• Develop and manage project marketing budgets, ensuring cost efficiencies.
• Oversee the production of marketing assets such as renders, photography, video shoots, aerials, floor plans, stage releases, and general marketing collateral.
• Provide direction for developing copy for various marketing materials, including EDMs, SMS, and social posts.
• Identify PR and content opportunities.
• Manage, coach, and nurture the Marketing Executive, ensuring regular one-on-one meetings and professional development plans.

What do you bring?

You are a seasoned Property Marketing Manager, with experience in launching new projects to market, involved from acquisition to launch and in market lifecycles. You have impeccable client service skills and are experienced in managing and galvanising direct reports into action. You are a natural collaborator and commercially astute which is demonstrated through you experience in budget development and management. You have experience working in the digital marketing space, social media and also in database marketing. Additionally you treat media, creative and PR agencies as business partners, working closely with them to deliver marketing objectives. You have a natural ability to distil complex information into succinct and meaningful insights. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a similar role in the Property Sector.
