You will : Lead and support the team.Manage operational tasks such as rostering, inventory management, VM, reporting, recruitment, training, and coaching.Provide genuine, personalised service.Drive sales and achieve KPI's.Promote the brand as a brand ambassador.Cultivate a supportive, high-performing team culture.Collaborate with Concession support staff.About you : The ideal candidate will have a service-orientated mindset, and a drive for achieving sales results.
