Engineering Trades Australia (ETA) is a specialist recruitment partner for businesses across the civil, mining, construction, and industrial sectors. As we continue to grow, we’re now looking for an experienced Transport & Logistics Recruitment Consultant to lead and grow this vital division from our Perth CBD office.

About the Role : You’ll be responsible for managing and expanding a busy desk focused on high-volume blue-collar placements across transport and logistics. Your day-to-day will include :

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment for roles such as drivers, storepersons, forklift operators, warehouse supervisors, and logistics coordinators
  • Building strong relationships with clients in freight, warehousing, and distribution
  • Sourcing and screening high-quality candidates using job boards, databases, and direct outreach
  • Managing compliance, safety, and mobilisation requirements
  • Growing a warm desk with excellent support and autonomy

    • What We’re Looking For :

  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment , ideally within transport & logistics or high-volume blue-collar
  • Knowledge of the warehousing, transport, and supply chain landscape
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong time management in a fast-paced environment
  • A motivated, solutions-focused mindset
